* All students must provide a copy of their student pass or letter of enrolment from their college/university. Once registered please email your documentation to events@theiet.org along with your booking confirmation number.

Visa letters

If you require a letter of invitation to assist with your visa application, you must register for the conference and make payment before requesting one.

You can request a letter of invitation by completing our online Letter of Invitation Request for VISA Application form. Please note that you cannot complete the form without your registration confirmation number.

Your letter of invitation will be sent the Friday following your request.
